I feel really sorry to know that this is a 3 star Hotel. It is not located in the city and we have to take bus to there everyday. There are many flies in the room. The lady in the front desk was really rude and feel annoying when we were asking her some question. I will NOT recommand this hotel to my friends.

It is quite far away from Florence SNM, the hotel should give clear instruction to the tourist (e.g. by what bus).

這間旅館的房間跟早餐都很不錯,只不過第一天坐公車找了很久, 離火車站有點距離,不過如果熟悉公車路線,其實很方便.

這家飯店很好且服務人員很友善. 價格也很適中. 但是飯店所在位置離佛羅倫斯市中心蠻遠的.需要搭巴士才能到市中心.
