Arrow On Swanston Serviced Apartments 客戶評價
This hotel has an excellent location with trams and train station nearby. The equipment is very good too. But the cleaning services were not good enough. Although we required cleaning, we found the room was not cleaned at all when we returned at night--rubbish still in rubbish bin, bedding sheets not changed and neither the towels! Very disappointed at the cleaning services in this hotel.
