雖然是4~5星級，但是服務真的非常普普，竟然會沒準備住戶的拖鞋&浴袍，check in 的小姐服務態度和表情也很冷淡，除了服務以外，其餘都很棒，也許是我們期待太高，不管如何，這間是 service apartment

Poor hygiene, not only Ascott, became one of the issues in hotel industry; Ascott should have much room to improve from this category, the management should therefore consider the training and quality control for their housekeeping department. Be fair, the Concierge performed very well and even can remember my name after three days time. The Aldo's bistro & wine bar is an excellent restaurant of both food and mood.

There is no no-smoking rooms - doesn't fit nowadays public needs and concerns on smart and healthy accomodation!

I don't know very well to write chinese, so i think the hotel is excellent, service excellent and very clean and comfortable. I will choose again this hotel if i will go to Thailand for next time.
