酒店距離羅馬火車站很近,位置很好,清潔而且空間很大,設備也新,冕上還有現場鋼琴演奏,另外酒店的服務人員非常有禮貌,也很熱心,早餐很好吃,總之就是好.

Very poor service that no staff can help you at the night time. And staff prefers to switch the problem to another shift. And the problem still remind and blame you why you do not solve the problem immediately. I think I never stay at this hotel in future.
