飯店清潔做的不錯，設備也可以！ 但是無線網路不是每個房間都可以接收得到訊號！ 付錢時需要注意！避免被多刷兩次費用～ 我就遇到這樣的情況～當天誤刷的小姐沒有辦法處理退費事宜，必須等到經理上班時才能處理～ 做事態度怠慢～

The hotel staff is very nice, and the room is comfortable esp the bed, the only drawback is the breakfast and no lift for the hotel. Since I have stayed two nites in London, comparatively, this one is better than my next one. I bought this room in the last min and I think this price met my expectation. However, if I travel to London next time, I would prefer to live further away to get a modernise hotel.

一個非常不誠實的旅館 到達旅館後 居然告知房間無法使用 硬將我們換到集團下另一個品質較差的旅館 還安排我們住在閣樓 冷熱水無法同時使用 回國之後 向網站申訴 網站客服人員代替我們向BLUE BELLS查詢 BLUE BELLS居然經過數個星期也不回覆 網站客服人員只好代替他們道歉 大家可要小心些呢
