It's very clean apartment. The housekeeper was very nice. But reception service was unfavorable. After we checked out. We need taxi and was emergency to airport.. We asked they can you help us to call a taxi. They even said anything. Just told us go out to find a taxi on the street... I asked they twice . Their manner just disappointing.... It's sound like you're check out you can go away.....

I haven't try before to stay in a hotel more than one week & can't have a late checkout. And "must" leave before 10am. Also the housekeeping ask for doing make-up in the morning at 10am. I won't to stay here any more and there a lot of choose of hotel for that price.

我不知道為何9點房務敲一次門 10點一次 11點又一次,明明問過是11點check out 而且他們是敲了一聲就衝進來 我還要躲起來說有人(當時沒穿衣服)

location is great..but no car park which was quite difficult to load our luggages in such heavy traffic main road =.=" ....but anyway, still enjoy my time in this hotel ^ ^
