On website said free parking but they charged us 15 Euros. The front desk gave us the wrong information to go to Grand Place (they told us to take tram 94 but in fact we need to take metro)and was not helpful. Everything is old. Bed is too soft. Toilet paper holder is broken and not fixed. Too far to centre (need to take tram)
