I am very unsatisfied with how the staff treats the leave luggage. there is no system at all for the security of the left luggage. Staff just ask the guests to put their luggage in a room and customers can go back at any time to collect their left luggage. the room is not locked at all and there is no one looking after those luggages. It is our luck that we could still find our luggage afterwards. We have no choice as we do need to leave the luggage in that room after check out. How can a hotel have such services for customers?
