though it's not in the center of venice, it's easy to get there by direct bus, and you can buy those three day ticket, i mean, you need the ticket to take the boats in venice anyway. Very good value for this price!

The room is a little small for 2 persons, but it is very clean. It is located far from Venice, difficult to find...

The hotel is not located in the Venezia (Venice). When you get to this hotel, make sure that you get off the train at the "Mestre Station" but not at the "Stazion Santa Lucia". It takes about 30 minutes to get to the Venezia from the hotel and it cost EURO 1.10. But the bus is always so crowded.

Not as good as the desciption attached. around 30 mins by bus to Venezia but bus is always late. Building and rooms are old.
