服務很差,開始給很爛,很小,很髒的房間, 要求他們給換房間後還一直在找借口,還說我們給的錢就是因該住這種房間,但是他們的標準雙人間價錢都一樣! 還給我們看了更爛的在吸煙區的房間,異味很大,後來在我們再三要求下才換了間比較不錯的標準雙人間. 再有就是我們退房的時候還說我們退房遲了要多收一晚的錢,還說一直打電話給我們叫我們退房和派人上來找我們, 可是我們一直在房間裡根本就沒人打電話和上來, 後來找到當值經理說可以先只交30%的錢, 然後第二天總經理來了可以商量著把錢退給我們! 可是第二天打電話的時候他們只是一再強調不退錢和有打過電話! 真的想當的令人氣憤! 總之千萬不要訂這個酒店! if you don't want a worst trip ever in your life, just don't book this hotel, the services were really bad, giving you the most dirty and smallest room if you don't ask, and they lied to me said they called us to check out which they didn't and they charged me extra money. if you want a nice stay, avoid this hotel.
