there is no proper reception in the lobby, the reception is in one of the rooms on 8/F. poor service.

Good location, real "equipped kitchen" and spacious room. I will come again if I visited Melbourne next time.

值得推薦各位入住的酒店,比起其它四星級酒店最好都係這間.

My room had been upgraded during my stay. The location is quite close to the shopping malls, and near to the day tour pickup location and china town. I will stay again and recommend to my friends in future. Tourist from HK
