Clean and tidy. air conditioning and bath room facilities are satisfactory. Breakfast buffet is good. Given the quality of accomodation, it is really a good bargain for EUR45 per night for a twin bed room. Very close to the Metro, though only a small station. You need to prepare to change to different lines for the centre of Paris.
