The location of this hotel is very good, just 5 mins from the underground. The staff at the reception is very kind and helpful. However, the triple room is located at the basement which looks not so clean and is a little dark. The lady in the kitchen who serves the breakfast seemed not like her job and always expressed her unhappy on her face.

The location and the service are very good, whereas the equipment and furniture are quite old. The toilet is very noising due to no improvemnet. There is no option of breakfast, we stayed there for five nights and we ate the same foods every morning. Overall, I would like to recommend this hotel due to the good location and good staffs who are very polite and helpful.

There is no lift. TV not working even we changed room. Ask room on the first or second floor as room on the top floor is horrible, small bedroom and bathroom and low ceiling. It's ridiculous that there was no city map available during our 3 nights' stay that you may have to buy it at underground station for 2 pounds. Please do wake up early as breakfast finish at 8:45 am. The English breakfast was very good and there was unlimited coffee and juice refill, which worth around 5 to 7 pounds elsewhere.

就是一個黑店，真不知道網站拿了什麼好處推薦這樣的酒店！？？？我住的單人間沒有廁所，要去公用的廁所；房間的被罩是不換的；沒有毛巾，只有一個有味的浴巾，連喝水的杯子和刷牙的杯子都要公用，這樣的房間要35英鎊！更為可恨的是酒店要預付所有的房款，我住三天，但是後來我們要提前退房，竟然不退房錢，你真是想不到這是在英國的法制國家。我後來比較了周邊的地區酒店，價格都比在網站定的低。
