接待人員不太熱心，廚具設備不足。徵收加床費，但沒有轉較大的房間，以致房間十分擠迫，住兩天第三天免費，但加床費則要收。

for 99 AUD dollars per night, I think I have nothing to complain. Almost brand new kitchen and bathroom facility, the space is quite big for a couple. There is no view in my room, but I don't really mind this point lo. Their staffs are very friendly as well, I must stay in here next time.
