Check-in process is slow, it took 10 minutes to find me a room. The door of my room is broken, the guide brought me there also cannot open the door at the beginning. He tried several times but all in vain. The problem get resolved after 3rd group people come in. It took one hour to fix the lock. Room is cozy. The janitor clean up the trash can but leave the trash bag on the kitchen floor.
