Hanoi Lakeview Hotel 客戶評價
You have to be very careful with your bill. The hotel keep overcharging you. You have to be clear minded & point out what they got wrong. Also found the staff do not communicate internally so you leave a message, you probably need to repeat yourself a few time. Staff were friendly but they smoke at the lobby constantly, it was disturbing. I suppose Hanoi is not a very health conscious place so people smoke everywhere they want? Lobby did not look half as good as the room. Don't expect a good view from your room unless you pay for a upgrade. Don't expect anything nice from the breakfast. Charge for overseas phone call is like USD2.00+ per minute. For such a low price, I shouldn't complain I suppose.
