i booked a superior room but it's next to the "service" therefore it was very very noisy. And the house keepers came to knock the door and open the door right after they knocked. once at 8 Am, the second time at 9 am and third time was at 10 am. they should have known we were still in the room coz we haven't checked out. it was a really bad experience. and i would never choose a holiday inn.
