comfort and clean, location is good, but the most bad thing is too noisy, hard to sleep well.

The hotel locates in a very convenience location. However, the location is a little dangerous in the night.

Very good location! Just a min to the BART stn and shopping/dinning area. The lobby is very stylish. However, don't understand that there's no air-condition at the room. Also, too many homeless or drunk people surrounding the hotel, quite annoying. A bit of noisy of the room to Market St side.

This hotel is located around the center of SF downtown and has it's own characteristics. But you had better stay in room at night since many drunkers and homeless person on street.
