great location, good breakfast, bad service, we have to request many times for the service, such as toilet paper and change towels or take away trash. and front desk seems never pass our request to next shift. anyway, we have to ask for the same problem many times a day.

Location is excellent, or i can say it perfect. It's right in the middle of Pavillion & Twin Towers. However, i really couldn't believe that it's an about 1 year new hotel since the all the tiles, bath tub, doors, cabinets and even the lifts were not in good condition. In terms of their charge, it's quite OK in fact.

酒店地點佳，出入方便，靠近單軌列車站，而且與著名景點雙子塔距離很近，酒店職員服務佳，予人賓至如歸的感覺，如果有機會，我會再次選擇她。
