The staffs are very friendly. The location is right next to the central station, and not too far from the city center. Most of sighseeing places can be reached by walking from the hotel. The drawback is that the traffic around the hotel is a little bit heavy, so it is noisy a little bit if you are sensitive to noise when sleep.
