I stay at room 319, two twin bed. internet is free, but barely can connect well. Reception is not helpful most of the fime.

I was at room 15 the 1st night, two single bed at lower ground floor. It was bad and can feel room was shaking when trains passing by. Transfered to room 218 the 2nd night is better with big window, but house keeping did lousy job everyday, besides towels, and beds, they don't even provide new coffer cups. The price is rather expensive, if I can book other hotel within the budget, I won't stay here again.

我住在room 133, 跟住在G層的room 58比起來, 1樓地鐵經過時只會有輕微的感覺,如果房間放著音樂或開電視,就完全感覺不到了. room 133沒有tub,單人床,但是空間還ok.電視很小,網路算是很穩定. 但這間飯店都是國際學生來住,每天大廳和走廊上都鬧哄哄的,不適合商務人士.

I stayed room 58, which cannot get the signal of their free internet. That's bad. I can feel the shaking and vibration when trains moving at bayswater station. from 05:20 until 00:20 every day. That's terrible. However, it's with tub, and you can leave the luggage at reception for free. these are the only good thing.

通往地庫房間的通道多門及梯級又沒有充分提示梯級存在. 有兩次差些趺倒 浴室狹窄但算清潔. 地庫的房間 (本人所住) 很細小. 地毯及家具清潔一般. 但不知為何隱約有種異味. 房門與門框緊擦著, 但竟沒人修理 接待員有禮及很幫忙. 但其他員工則不是. 兩星級的酒店水平, 但卻是倫敦及東京三星級酒店價錢. 房間的清潔度, 大小及酒店設備同時比不上倫敦及東京三星級酒店
