The location is good - closed to large shopping malls. Service is good. However, the varieties of food in breakfast can be improved. There were more varieties of food in the past. As there is the construction of the new extension and there are some constructions nearby, noise can be heard in guestroom. Overall, the hotel is good.

飯店對面有工地, 飯店本身也有擴充的施工,有一晚甚至到半夜12點還聽的到噪音,除此之外,還算不錯

酒店位置位於吉隆坡雙塔很近，步行到達不需十分鐘。但可惜的是給我的房間只在二層，根本無法在房內看見雙塔景觀。記得當時是提出了景觀需求的，不知為什麼沒有得到落實。如果所有的房間都不能看見雙塔，那就應該在房間確認之前向我說明的。因此，我認為酒店訂房部門在服務上還應有所改善。 房間的設施倒是OK的，酒店的服務也很好，到處都是微笑的面孔，讓人感到親切。因為我們是轉機原因才會在吉隆坡住一晚，同時也是第一次訪問馬來西亞。可以說，除了前述那點遺憾之外，通過入住該酒店，我們對大馬印象還是很好的。

impiana was the best hotel i ever stayed, taxi in KLCC is not that good, even charged me extra money, which was very bad...but hotel staff was excellent and wonderful service.
