I just back from Taiwan tonight. The two night stay in Kenting Shin Yu Hotel was unexpected unpleasant. Check in date 7-11-2010 Check out date 9 - 11-2010 The room photo and the actual room at kenting Shin Yu Hotel is different (bad). My room type of book is superior, but the incharge person say it should be Economy. He supposed offer a room which looks like camp room and facility, no seaview and without window located basedment or G/F only. After an unpleasant conversation with Wong, I request check out from the hotel and refund all my money, therefore; in this situation he upgraded me to the 1/F seaview room. He did show me a room rate list which is much higher than on the website of Hotel Club. Please be careful, if you wish to choose this 心語酒店. Highly not recommended! MK Chan

有點不好，放在冰箱的啤酒還被偷走....囧.....而且睡覺的時候，冷氣會直衝身體，沒法調整
