早班櫃檯小姐服務態度時缺乏笑臉, 感覺不是很友善。但還好樓下早班幫忙開門的大叔服務態度很好, 問他路時,他都親切地回答。房間清潔人員在走廊遇到我們也都會問好。但房間門隔音不好,隔壁房關門聲都可以聽到，門缺乏緩衝, 每次關們都"碰"很大一聲。浴室很小但還算乾淨。交通方便,離地鐵站超近,出門很方便。

Bathroom's door was not tightly sealed, the floor was all wet like swimming pool after shower. Room was too small. Elevator was small. Service is good Location is good, close to metro subway. Taxi find in everywhere. Food restaurant are everywhere.

Water leaks out on the floor after shower. Room is too small for this price. Location is good though.

I booked studio suite online,but the hotel is overbooked, then they transfer us to BP International standard room only, i felt very disapointed that i paid a lot for bigger room, and cannot get my room. They also let me pay the rate compulsory , i have no choice to take back my money. I am very angry about that, so i said i need contact their reservation staff or supervioy. finally they arrange the suite room in BP to solve this problem. But i am really felt disapoointed about their arrangement, it is because they made any amendment that i dun know.
