Las Vegas Hotel Malaga

Poor services i have never seen before. We asked an extra towel for shower at night, a young guy at the lobby responded "No, there is no towels. You'll have it when the janitor tidy up your room tomorrow morning. and then hang up the phone. I couldn't believe this would happen to me. I'm the customer, he is a staff there, how could he treat me like this. I was so angry. I called him again, and told him i have to take shower, the one in the toilet was get wet, and insisted to have one, this time he said the same thing, and we argue for at least 10 mins, finally he said ok, i'll give you the towel in 10 mins. But I waited for over half an hour, nobody came. I called again, he said you have to come to the lobby and get it. What?! It's ridiculous. I shouted at him and asked what is services? He kept saying you have to come down and pick it up yourself, otherwise you have to get it tomorrow. I was so mad. I'll never go back to that hotel again, and not recommend to the others....Bad list!!!
