Do not trust recepetion which arrangement any tour for you. When I arriavl this hotel just told staff in reception I want 3 days safafi sahala tour & another hotel reservation,the staff promise no any problem,until I leaving,I got nothing.they alwayse have excuise.when I arrival Sousse Abou Nawa hotel(another 4 stars hotel)I got everything I want. BTY,I was been rub near by this hotel for dinner,lost camara & be hurt,so....be careful if you stay here!
