"the receptionist is unfriendly,impolite and unhelpful. it is so ridiculous that the staff change our room to the another one without informing us. Obviously, they dont have right to touch and move our belongings without our permission. when asking the receptionist about the change of room and movement of our belongings, she just ignored our question and make us much more annoyed."

"雖然設備不是超好.但地點及酒店的服務卻是很好.尤其是原本第二天我們訂的是雙人房沒有衛浴設備.但是小姐們卻說我們可以繼續留在原本含衛浴設備的雙人房.並且不多收任何費用..該我們感覺到這間酒店的溫暖.真是值得推薦的飯店.."
