Hi, I was enjoy the stay at Many Flower Hotel. However, there is one thing I was unhappy about this time of staying. The international call we made on the hotel. We were clearly told by the receptionist about the rate for the calling. Then when we got the phone call bill, it was totally different discription from what receptionist was told. The manager did credit us back small amount of money. But to us, it is not about that little money. It is about the honest and reputation that represent the hotel. All charges and rate should be explained clearly to all customers. I hope your hotel can improve that problem.

Excellent location and services. This hotel has wired internet and free Internet cables (some other hotel we stay would need deposit to borrow the Internet cable). It would be nice to also have wireless Internet in the future.
