Overall the service is good and the room clean. Though it is slightly far from Interlaken Ost. It will be great if they can offer free shuttle to station for customers. When we check out, it was raining heavily. Taxi was expensive and buses were infrequent.

the location is very good and easy to find, just 5 mins walking from west station. but facility in the room is so limited.
