酒店地點不錯,1樓上2樓時無電梯,入住時有服務生會提上2樓,但是退房要離開就沒有,對於行李多或重的旅客這點很不方便

1. 浴室淋浴冷熱水調節溫差太大,水不是很冷就是很燙. 2. 浴室洗手檯水量過小.

到了飯店..先是我們必須自己搬行李走樓梯上去CHECK-IN 後來晚上要洗澡因為水管不通浴室還會淹水..讓我們在半夜2點多提著行李換房間... 這間飯店真的很貴..又沒有那個價值... 我不知道他到底未什麼敢收這麼貴? 住過這麼多飯店..這次是最差的一次經驗!!

The hotel was better than I expected. However the entrance was un-noticeable and we actually missed it! The room was small but relatively clean. We have requested for a double bed (however there were twin beds) so we requested for change. The staffs were very efficient and they came straight the way after we called and made the setting to become a double bed for us. The major problem with the hot water system - there was no hot water and we called the reception and realised that due to the system problem we have to turn on the hot water for 5-10mins in order to drag the hot water into our room (!!). It was a waste of water. At night the hot water system became worse - because everyone was taking shower at night time the machine was funtioning really loud and it felt like we were living right next to the construction site! The noise kept going until all occupants took a shower (which was like mid-night or after) but it came back when people took their morning showers....!!
