Really nice hotel and good location. Within 10 mins walk to catedral. I've requested upper floor and quite side and they did fulfil our requirement. Breakfast is okay.

The hotel room is so small that it could only accommodate one bed! Furthermore, the drain in the bath basin was blocked with dirty water come out form the drain who flood the toilet! No safe box in the reception but keep it in a sealed envelope without any signature and receipt for it. I get my envelope back without any confirmation of my identity! Finally, I ask the hotel to call a taxi for me to the railway station but being refused. They ask me to get the taxi from the main road which I need to walk 10 min. But taxi will never stop in the main road, and I nearly missed my train to Madrid!
