The location, facility is good except the service here.The room is of good size and has a balcony if you are in 1st and 4th floor.You can also get access to the balcony through the toilette, Neat!We requested for cups during early evening but they delivered them to us 3-4hrs later.During the process we had to remind them with 2-3 calls. Maybe we didn't give enough tips, so when they took away our dirty towels in the morning,they didn't exchange those with clean ones. So we needed to request for new ones.In the early evening, they still hadn't return new ones so we had to REMIND the reception again.But they only gave us 2 bath towels and NO face towels and floor mat! What kind of service is this?I would love to stay again for the hotel but not because of the staff!
