近來此飯店增加了許多設備,是以前沒有的,像是超小型動物園'射箭及靶場,騎大象等設施及活動,是個值得全家大小來遊玩度假村,唯一美中不足的是吃到飽的晚餐貴又不好吃,以前和現在去都沒變!!吃的部分只能在飯店餐廳或另外經營的奎龍餐廳好選擇!!吃是較沒選擇及較花錢的部分,其他飯店設備我都喜歡也很享受在那的時光.

It is a very poor experience staying here. Everything is over-priced, poolside food were slow and bad, and at the same time, very expensive. A udon noodles with only egg and vegetable cost S$14 Hotel shuttle to Ole Ole charged S$5 per person and they drove people out by small private car (not shuttle bus!), no logo.. and 7 people were ordered to get into a small private car, 3 at the back, 3 in the middle and 1 in the front seat, horrible arrangement. And actually, nothing to do and everything is over-priced at Ole Ole (hotel counter staff are just too proactive to ask you to join the massage or dinner at village, i wonder why..) Hotel towels are with black dots, horrible. and only 1 towel is available for a double room, we need to call and wait for another 10 mins before another towels come. The only good is the infinity pool and the towel counter, but it can't help much on the overall grading. Very bad experience and I won't come back definitely. Not recommended.

service is good. good place for family holiday with a nice pool. no need to worry about transportation as providers of paid activities, spa service, and hotel (back and forth ferry terminal) will responsible for that. it's a really good relaxing place which is so different from the busy life in Singapore.

breakfast is just so-so. the weather is not good during our stay, and we have nothing to do in the resort.

I visted at first time. They have very nice & helpful staff , provide good service, let u relax anytime, but the swim pool is a litter bit small. Otherwise all be accept & good!
