Worried about their services before my staying there since so many bad comments online. However, they improved now. Front desk people are willing to help except that so many clients they have to dealing with at the same time. However, there has only one number '3' (reception, operator, house keeping etc.) for you to dial and always no one pick up the phone.

I will not recommend people to stay in there. the staff's attitudes of reception was very bad..I have never this experience before. no value to stay the hotel. The sheet of bed also dirty and they don't clean the room everyday(according their policy) the staff of reception are not professional. I had a TERRIBLE experience in the hotel....

I've stayed there with my parents for week and we have booked the "One bedroom with study "which are mainly located at low rinse, no view at all but we all found that the lcoation of the hotel was absolutely great, just a few mins walk to China Town, the supermarket Woolworths, the QVB and the Darling Harbour. It's just so convenient that you can enjoy yourself no matter from eating, shopping or cooking throughout the stay. However one thing I have to remind is~ do not expect the "5 star" hotel services because the recepetion staffs do not really know how to smile and to be nice.
