Great place to stay,we had spent a really good holiday there. Helpful stuff,reasonable price,comfortable room. Will stay there again if we do have the chance to travel in Gold Coast.

呢間酒店房又大, 兩張都係四呎雙人床, 仲有唔少位可以行, 個小露台又正, 只係露台啲檯凳有啲殘舊。 之前聽屋企人同 blogger 講話澳洲啲酒店有啲都幾污漕, 如浴缸會有頭髮、房內有小強等等, 但呢間酒店我哋住咗四晚, 都好乾淨喎~ 酒店職員亦好 nice 好 helpful, 執房又執得好乾淨整齊, 只係浴袍唔會換第二套畀你, 住咗四晚都係嗰套, 但會幫你接噃好, 同埋第一晚用既洗頭水唔多掂, 唔起泡,(第二晚轉咗另一個牌子又冇問題喎) 搞到我要用 買過支洗頭水... 同埋呢度係唔會供應洗手液, 只有小肥皂一個, 另有沖涼液一支, 亦得 blogger 提點, 話澳洲因為環保, 所有酒店多數都唔供應紙拖鞋, 所以早有準備帶定酒店用布拖鞋兩對! 但最緊要都係都職員服務好好, 我哋入到嚟 check in, 好快搞掂, 而喺我哋 check in 既時候亦已經有職員幫我哋將行李放咗入房裡面啦! 仲有, 我哋喺機場發生嗰件 book 錯接送酒店事件, 都係多得 GCI 既酒店職員幫我哋用咗唔少時間, 同前後三個職員幫我哋打電話去更正, 真係好多謝佢哋既幫忙呀! 不過走既時候唔記得另外畀啲 tips 佢哋添... 所以決定下次再嚟 Gold Coast 都會住噃呢間酒店, 到時先一次過補噃啲 tips 畀佢哋啦!

Very good hotel with excellent service, staff there is very nice, price is very cheap for such good service hotel.

It was good to stayed there, the equipment of the hotel was quite good. Just little bit far away from surfer paradise. Just have to pay money if you would like to late check out.

GCI has been ranked as 5 star hotel, but from my view, it's now not deserved to be ranked as 5 star any more. The services is ok, and the location is also good. But the price is relative high by comparing with other hotel. As GCI is relative long-history hotel, it should be innovated in order to keep its 5 star ranking, from my view.
