Staffs are extremely polite and in good courtesy manner although not very good in English, No black face or unpleasant behaviour even I hv no small changes for tips. Its their practice to lead you the way to room with lifting of your lugguage, introduces all room facilitaties in details, etc...with smiling face. They prepares simple snack and coffee bar early in the morning for those early leave passenger before the buffet breakfast starts at 7am. Great location for 5 mins drive from airport. Frequent and complimentary shuttle with Rep stationed at Puerto 4 from 11am to 11pm daily 365 days. Reasonable price with great facilities likes Jacuzzi, dry steam, yoga and gym room, or you can enjoy a shiny breakfast in their roof-top garden. 100% a convenience place for traveller pass-by. There are local fast food stall in front of the hotel or McDonald nearby within 5 mins walk. The only point to be consideration is no sight-seeing place nearby at all.
