Very good hotel but only the transportation is not so convenient.

當時上網訂房時是訂一張大床的雙人房,但check in後給我們的是兩張單人床的房間,而且單人床比一般飯店的size還要小,翻個身都快要掉下床去!另外以前來住過,當時房間都會附二瓶免費的飲用水,但這次卻開始收費,還沒住過房間水要錢的飯店!以及三人房的房間裡面只附了二個人用的盥洗用具!以上請檢討!

It's so hard to find the location of shuttle bus when customers just arrive Sheung Wan MTR Station. Evne just one piece of direction sign, you CAN NOT find. The most important is that all staffs DO NOT have any smile. It seems clear that they don't understand what the fundamental of service industry is. POOR facilities, POOR services. Too far away from MTR station. Be honest with you, I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.(very bad experience)

Possible to have free wireless access would be an advantage. The light is a bit dark in the room but on the whole is OK.

The Hotel is OK except for the poor services they offer, no free internet service, the room smell terrible ! no bathtub, with all these it does not worth the room price they charged.
