The room that I stayed was so clean and the receptionists were so nice. Enjoyed the spa very much. There are airport shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport (and the other way round) However, one thing that I would like to point out is that you have to look for the hotel address in Korean characters as well because the taxi driver does not know the English translation. The best is.. try not go there by taxi, but they could get lost (from my personal experience). Make good use of MTR! Yet, dont worry about the location because it is just a few-minute walk to Seoul Station, City Hall, Namdaemun and Myeong Dong.

* the hotel upgraded me to 21th as they dont have non-smoking room * the room is huge, clean & nice view * comfortable bed & pillows * the staffs are helpful * 7-10mins walk from city hall station
