這是一間Service Apartment而不是一間酒店，所以只有一個小小的泳池和Gym，每星期打掃房間一次。由於它是位於South Port, 要到旅遊區, 如Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, Theme Parks等 都要步行10分鐘到Australia Fair Shopping Center搭車，但勝在寧靜。

Good location for the theme parks. Only a short drive (2-5 min) to the beautiful beaches without the disadvantages of in the crowd or noisy environment. However, service desk only operate between 9-5 on weekdays and 10-2 on weekends. Very inconvenient for new residents.
