Renaissance Hotel Kuala Lumpur 客戶評價
酒店房間設計時尚，但酒店本身已相當殘舊，跟大城市一般的五星級相比稍為遜色。非酒店會員沒有免費的房間上網服務。酒店設備是一般的都有，沒有什麼令人耳目一新。酒店分為東翼及西翼，很容易混淆。不過酒店地點非常方便，而且可能因為歷史悠久，一般的士司機都會知道這酒店。服務質數很一般，沒有親切的服務，更別說是五星級的服務了。

I stayed for 2N3D. Although it's not located on the shopping area (If you go to Pavillion Mall, about 10mins by taxi), it's quite near the Twin Tower, just 15mins walking distance. The hotel, especially the East Wing is old but currently furnishing. In-room facilities such as TV, bathtub, and beds are quite "ancient". But you may request for better view with Twin Tower when you check in. The Front Desk and Concierge employees were very nice and helpful. They offered me an extra bed when they knew I had 3 other friends checked in together. However, if you would like to take taxi to airport, the price booked at hotel would be RM90, which is higher than the street taxi price which is only RM70. The overall experience is good and I will come back:)
