Good locate! hotel is 15 min walk from down town. Service is good! just beside river good view, but quite noise

It is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel!!! 1. Not 4 star hotel service. I checked in late (about 7PM) but no porter inside except one lady in front desk. It should not be the service of a 4 star hotel. 2. Poor facility. When I walked in the bathroom, the shower sliding door is broken that I even could not pull it! Besides, the bathtub drain is seriously blocked that the bathing water could not sink down! Water pumps made constant horrible noise all night! When I saw its shower cap bag, it says 3 star hotel! I feel cheated when booking it considering it a 4 star hotel but what I get is even less than a 3 star hotel!!! 被騙的感覺! 衛浴設備破損又差勁，遠不符所聲稱的四星飯店，水準甚至不及三星！但前檯服務小姐親切有禮。
