Russott Hotel Venice 客戶評價
酒店頗新且價格合理, 距離Venice 只不過10mins 車程 (乘坐巴士)。 但酒店的位置十分僻靜, 出入都要在一條高速公路旁行走, 有點兒危險 若同行人數只有1-2位, 最好選其他酒店, 如果有幾位同行, Russott都是不錯的選擇 ~Hong Kong~ Oct 2008

this hotel is a good choice in Venice. Not so far from the main island and the price is very good at this situation

在高速路旁,入口指示不夠清楚, 不過酒店設施等等還可以. 要提醒一下的是他們的早餐,在用餐的時候早餐的經理說我們(網上訂房)是特別價錢的住客,不能享受自助早餐,只是給我們安排了一張桌子,每人給端一盤正式早餐套餐而已.

We (4 Chinese) lived in the Russott Hotel Venice from 7 to 9 Aug 2006. We were deeply impressed by its extremely poor service. The breakfast enjoyed by the tourist groups were of buffet type. They had a great variety of food and even took the food away in front of the waiters. However, we could only take continential breakfast without any hot food. How come the group breakfast was better than us who did pay more! The service of the waiter (a fat man), who was responsible for continental breakfast, was extremely poor. The waiter warned us that we were not allowed to take more than one bread in the breakfast. He checked the hot food to see whether we had taken it during his absence. We complained to the manager who told us that there was no such constraint. Next morning, that waiter gave us a total of 8 breads for 4 persons and nothing more. No ham, no cheese, no tea or coffer, no fruit ... We would definitely not recommend others to stay in this hotel.
