very poor room! We booked a double room and was allocated in a room with 3 queen beds!!! It is big but the feeling is extremely poor, just like staying in a dorm room. The toilet is horrible!! Just like toilet for handicapped ppl, shower area only covered by curtain, will handle on both side, no tub, no divider between toilet and shower area!! hardly believe it is the standard of Rydges!! claimed to be a 4 stars hotel!!!
