櫃台接待員的態度非常傲慢非常差,歧視東方人!完全沒有身為服務業接待員的自覺,在巴塞隆納加太隆尼亞人來說是非常罕見的!接待員沒有為飯店設施服務做任何解說,一點都不積極,飯店設施老舊,地理位置不方便,離機場跟市中心都很遠,連接的只有火車和公車,附近沒有地鐵,離公車站牌跟火車都很遠,地處偏僻,附近有工廠,夜歸時治安不太好!飯店房間冰箱有minibar但是只有兩小瓶水跟兩瓶汽水,如果喝完了要再跟飯店要要另外收費,但飯店沒有提前聲明,令人非常的不滿意,以這樣的價格跟這樣的服務成反比,下次不會再考慮入住.

One should call for the shuttle bus service. If you did not do so, it would be like me waiting for the bus for more than 30 minutes. This is not a good plan with travellers like me who did not have roaming service overseas. The shuttle service back to airport is excellent! I had to depart from the hotel at 5:15am and the shuttle was on time! Clean room and you will have all the basic necessity for a room for a night or so.

不錯的hotel. 有免費的機場接駁. 相當適合短期停留.

good transit hotel. But one thing is that there is no clear instruction for airport shuttle service. i stood in the freeze air for 40 mins at the airport shuttle stop. please put clear instruction at the website for guests.reception lady is very nice.
