Only Good location, another thing is so bad, the room is too small, only 5 step from the door to the bed. You cannot open the 2 suitcase in the room at same time. After shower, you cannot put on the clothes in toilet, even I am a 55 kgs Chinese lady. Unacceptable is hotel to stop the air-condition supply everyday at 11:00PM in summer London. I complain the air-condition not work and request to change another room, but they lie to me said is air-co break down. But actually, it happen every night no air-con when 11PM…how can I sleep in no air no fan room..Oh my god…no more 2nd time. I don't know why show it is 4 star hotel??
