Have stayed in this hotel for a few times, but the cleaniness standard decreases every time I stay with them. It's a handy hotel with easy access to the city and paddington train station (why I stay there). Room is small but acceptable. Fair price. I had very good impression with this hotel when I first stayed with them in 2008. However, my recent experience didn't impress me much due to the beddings (I'm happy with the shower room). The beddings looked clean and neat, however, both of my friend and I got itchy rashes after our first night sleep (we were staying there for 3 nights!). Apparently nothing can be done apart from changing room however they're fully booked. May not stay there again with the cleaniness standard and the increasing price.

This is quite a modern hotel. Everything is ok except their air conditioning/heating system. But, the system is very lousy. It stops and restarts in a regular time period. It's really annoying with the sound. In addition, it was simply too cold and I put the highest temp. +28C, but still like +15C in the room.

the size of the room is not large but we understand that it is the situation as the hotel is located at central London. Very good quality of the service and confitable room. Will book again.

飯店離火車站很近, 地理位置非常完美, 對於第一次到倫敦旅行的人來說非常適合, 飯店的配備的確有四星級的水準, 唯一的問題是很小, 小得令人訝異, 我第一天很晚才Check-in,所以只剩最底層的房間, 有窗戶, 但不具功能, 如果有空間狹小症的人千萬別住, 雖然之前已做好小房間的心理準備, 但還是會嚇一跳, 幸運的是隔天我們換到面對庭院的2樓房間, 真的好很多, 就是很像當地倫敦人住的~~~小而精緻的套房~~~倫敦好好玩
