面海房間的景色非常漂亮，坐在房間往外看就是一種享受了!!整個飯店有經過設計，很漂亮！此行我有帶一個兩歲多的孩子~不論是在泳池還是吃飯的地方，都非常的為小孩設想！！還有專門設計給孩子們玩的地方！很讚！！吃早餐的地方還有孔雀會在身旁散步，小孩愛死了！！非常推薦給想來好好渡假，好好陪孩子的爸爸媽媽^^下次還會再帶孩子來！

緊鄰沙灘很棒，當作休閒度假不二選擇,可以連住3天呢！

不知道是否人力不足, 請客房服務拿紅酒開瓶器與紅酒杯來等了約20分鐘才來. 第二天又請客房服務拿啤酒開瓶器與啤酒杯, 等了更是久, 約30分鐘而且只來了開瓶器沒有啤酒杯.

The service attitute is generally good. Some problem is that they didn't check it carefully before the guests are checked-in to the room. The in-room safe in the room is locked by the previous naughty guest, which the friendly staff there helped us unlocked it before we can use. We felt the room is too dark and the staff helped and arranged us with a desk lamp. The room we stayed is a hill-view one on the 9th floor, which is okay. Having stayed in a previous Shangri-la resort before in Malaysia (Rasa Sayang in Penang), I think the service attitude there in Malaysia is much better, so does the hotel facilities. In the Rasa Sentosa, the gym is a bit tiny and there is no saunas to use. The pool is good and nice. Just one day we got some school's self-defence class conducted around the hotel pool which really quite disturbed our relaxing moment under the sunshine.
