Location
Situated within Lake Tekapo township, The Residence is only three hours drive from Christchurch or Queenstown into the centre of the South Island's High Country. Start your day with a fresh morning walk on one of the many local walking tracks to view the sunrise glistening on the lake or play nine holes of golf on New Zealand's highest course. World class trout fishing, horse trekking, boating, scenic helicopter and fixed wing flights as well as two local ski fields, all are within easy reach.

Very good place, Would like to go there again. However, the view is not very good as cannot see the lake.

It's the best one I stayed in NZ. Comfortable ,elegant and spacious. When i went in the house, I couldn't believe my eyes I really can stay in such great house. It's highly recommend and it's worth to spend time to stay there. The staffs also nice and helpful. I gave 100% marks. Just stay one night is not enough.
