竟然有不打掃房間的一天。請他們換毛巾還要讓客人自己下樓去前台取，而且不給道歉。

This is the best hotel I stay in Melbourne with good service and good room and good rate as well. Close to the airport and the room facitilites are new and modernised. The price is reasonable . Good and value for money.
